Right of withdrawal for consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Angelina Everitt – Naturopath for Psychotherapy, mind and heart, Karl-Schrader-Str. 6, 10781 Berlin, e-mail: angelina@mind-and-heart.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. Alternatively you can use the Withdrawal-Button on any page of this website. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., by e-mail) containing information on the content of the withdrawal notice as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the time you informed us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, in comparison with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
