Mindfulness training and stress management through MBSR
What is MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction)?
The MBSR method (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) is a scientifically based mindfulness program that helps reduce stress and increase well-being. Through targeted exercises, you learn to be more aware of the moment, better understand your thoughts and feelings, and deal with challenges constructively. The MBSR practice supports you in finding serenity and inner peace—skills that are invaluable in our hectic daily lives.
Are you interested in living your life with a mindful attitude? Would you like to try effective mindfulness methods and find greater concentration, awareness, and long-term serenity and joy in life? Are you experiencing the first signs of stress, or would you like to be proactively prepared for stressful times? Whether you’re new to the field or want to deepen your knowledge – my practice in Berlin is the right place for you!
Course structure: 8-week MBSR program
The 8-week MBSR course enables you to learn mindfulness-based stress reduction methods in a small group of 3-6 people. The theoretical content is taught and practiced in weekly sessions of 2.5 hours each.
One day of mindfulness (6 hours on the weekend), which takes place between the 6th and 7th week of the course, offers the opportunity to deepen the exercises together.
If you are currently in an acute life crisis, participating in a MBSR course might be too strenuous.

* It is important to me that mindfulness is accessible to all. If money is not a real issue for you, please consider the upper end of the course fee scale. If you have to save up for this course and have to think twice about every Euro you spend, the lower course fee scale is relevant for you. If that is still too much, please feel free to contact me and I’m sure we will find a solution. In each course I can accept one person who cannot pay the minimum fee.
