Online Mindfulness Meditation Practice
Mondays, 07:30-08:00 (CET/CEST) via Zoom. Please check Fitogram for the latest schedule.
10 slots are available per session. No previous meditation experience required. You can sign up via Fitogram and will then automatically receive the Zoom link 15 mins prior to the event. Registration is free, however I would be grateful for a donation (recommendation: 2-5 €).
Please register latest by 10 pm Sunday evening.
Please email me before you first sign up for a short introduction. This way I get an idea which topics (current and longer lasting stressors) are present in the group.
Why are only 10 spaces available online?
I am offering Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness as developed by David Trelaven. Therefore I want to limit the group size to ensure that everyone is practicing within their window of tolerance.
* It is important to me that mindfulness is accessible to all. If money is not a real issue for you, please consider the upper end of the course fee scale. If you have to save up for this course and have to think twice about every Euro you spend, the lower course fee scale is relevant for you. If that is still too much, please feel free to contact me and I’m sure we will find a solution. In each course I can accept one person who cannot pay the minimum fee.
